In memory of Beth Chatto (1923-2018)

We are much saddened by the death this week of the acclaimed gardener, writer and plantswoman Beth Chatto OBE VMH, who died at the age of 94. Her garden in Essex and numerous books have inspire many - and continue to do so. In memory of her amazing life and work, we wanted to share this interview between Beth Chatto and then editor Rosie Atkins from an early issue of Gardens Illustrated.
